Summary

Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization promoting good governance, civil society development and public administration reform, is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator. Under the President’s supervision, the individual will perform the duties outlined below.

Duties

  • Coordinate all board events including committee meetings, full board meetings, and new trustee orientations. Take minutes at board meetings and keep related files organized. (15%)
  • Provide administrative support to President (10%)
  • Manage social media posts for the organization (25%)
  • Process payments in Serenic Navigator (10%)
  • President (5%)
  • HR (10%)
  • Finance (25%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in international relations or related field required
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills are required  
  • Advanced MS Office experience required
  • Familiarity with Serenic Navigator preferred
  • Native-level fluency in written and spoken English required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines while quickly producing high-quality work is essential
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
