Under the supervision of the Senior Communications Officer, the Business Process and Knowledge Management Associate will be responsible for identifying and supporting adoption of best practices in Eurasia Foundation’s business processes and knowledge/information management. S/he will analyze business processes; identify, document, and encourage lessons learned and best practices; capture and disseminate useful information among staff members; and serve as the primary manager of EF’s intranet, grant-management, task-management, and vendor-screening software platforms.
