Summary

Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization promoting civic engagement through online networks, is accepting applications for a contract-based Graphic Designer to develop graphics for product illustrations, re-design and add new features to an existing Advocacy Online School website. The Graphic Designer will work with the program staff to create visually compelling web properties for the website, elements for the school’s curricula, and will produce web materials to satisfy the needs of school participants, including illustrations, image processing, layout, and overall design.

Qualifications

  • Minimum BA /BFA in Fine Arts or relevant professional background in website design, or related creative field or equivalent combination of Web design skills and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, typography or relevant fields
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects and timelines. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate effectively between different teams and functions when needed
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Farsi language preferred
  • Must provide portfolio of previous work
