Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist – Online Advocacy Program

Eurasia Foundation (EF) is a Washington DC-based international development organization specializing in institutional capacity building, civic engagement, youth development and economic empowerment, with 25 years of successful programming in Middle East and the Eurasia regions. EF is currently seeking a monitoring and evaluation specialist for its The Parto School of Advocacy program to provide a comprehensive assessment of the program, assess its effectiveness, and provide suggestions for future programing. 

Summary

  • Report on how effectively the program has been implemented throughout the years vis-à-vis its stated goals and objectives
  • Measure the program’s results and impact, including the School’s progress in improving advocacy skills inside Iran for its outputs and outcomes.
  • Review and compile relevant data from the program’s:
    • Grant proposal and outcome framework
    • Quarterly reports
    • A selection of Alumni and courses feedback summaries
    • Course feedback surveys
  • Analyze the collected data
  • Prepare a report based on the collected data and subsequent analysis

 

Duties

  • Relevant work experience with educational programs, preferably online programs
  • Excellent report writing skills in English 
  • Ideal candidates have relevant working experience in Farsi-speaking countries
  • Fluency in written and spoken Persian/Farsi is required
  • Previous advocacy working experience in Middle East is preferred
