Associate Legal Counsel, Adobe

Katie Reilly is associate legal counsel at Adobe, where she provides legal support to Adobe’s international legal sales group.  In this role Katie drafts, review and negotiates a wide range of commercial technology agreement from around the world. 

Prior to Adobe, Ms. Reilly was an associate in the projects, energy and infrastructure group at Allen & Overy in the Washington, D.C. office. Her experience primarily focused on representing multilateral governmental agencies in international project finance deals in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, energy and infrastructure. 

Ms. Reilly graduated cum laude from Bowdoin College in 2004, where she majored in Spanish and History with a minor in Russian. Subsequent to law school, Katie worked in international development in Santiago, Chile, for two years, including her tenure as a consultant at UNICEF. In 2009, she received a J.D. cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, and in 2012, a LL.M. in international law, with first class honors, from Trinity College Dublin.  Katie is admitted to the Bar in New York and the District of Columbia and is also fluent in Spanish.

Katie Reilly is the youngest daughter of Eurasia Foundation’s former chair, the late Sarah Carey, and the late Jack Reilly. Ms. Reilly lives in San Francisco, California, with her husband.
