Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) supports local initiatives in civic engagement, the development of private enterprise, education, and public administration. Founded in 2005, EFCA is composed of three independent organizations with offices in Almaty, Kazakhstan; Bishkek and Osh, Kyrgyzstan; and Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Priorities include support for civic sector development, youth and education, vulnerable groups, social entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility.
