Eurasia Foundation (EF) is accepting applications for an expert to instruct an online course on Community Engagement and Accountability. EF is seeking individuals with experience and expertise in delivering advocacy training courses for CSOs and NGOs in closed societies. Knowledge of advocacy and coalition-building is a plus. The expert is responsible for identifying the key concepts of the course, providing relevant examples, and instructing and facilitating based on the developed curriculum. The course is intended to empower CSO leaders to design and implement an effective code of conduct for their organization. 


  • Instruct distance learning and coaching and interact with course participants on daily basis
  • Teach participants what the main elements of a code of conduct are and why having a clear code of conduct is essential for NGOs
  • Coach participants in developing a robust and practical code of conduct
  • Seed discussion questions in forums and monitor participants’ involvement in the social learning platform
  • Introduce additional sources to participants on related course topics
  • Further information about this training course will be discussed during the interview process


  • Master’s degree or equivalent in education, social sciences, management, or a related area required;
  • Combination of education and years of experience is an acceptable substitute;
  • Strong demonstrated experience and background in professional trainings;
  • Experience with developing strategic plan, particularly towards practical social learning, networking, and inclusivity;
  • Ideal candidates have relevant working experience in Farsi-speaking countries
