Summary

Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US non-profit organization promoting civil society development and good governance, is accepting applications for a Director of Finance and Administration for an anticipated USAID-funded program that will cultivate a vibrant and responsive citizen-oriented civil society in Central Asia. This position is contingent upon award of the program.
 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in administrative and financial management of large-scale international donor-funded programs, preferably with USG funding
  • Demonstrated experience in managing grants, procurement of services and commodities, and human resources
  • Demonstrated knowledge of USAID policies and regulations, including financial management and reporting requirements
  • Experience working in Central Asia
  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other relevant field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required
  • Knowledge of Russian is required; knowledge of Kazakh, Tajik, Turkmen or Uzbek a plus
