Eurasia Foundation (EF) is accepting applications for an expert to design and develop an original curriculum for an online course on advocacy for a cohort of teacher labor rights activists in a restrictive environment. EF seeks individuals with experience and expertise in developing practical courses on this subject matter for online e-learning audiences. The expert is responsible for identifying the key concepts of the course, designing and producing the content to promote engagement around advocacy and related topics in the classroom.
Further information about curriculum design expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
• Master’s degree in human rights, international relations, communications, public policy or relevant fields required. Experience may substitute for graduate degree;
• Minimum five years of field experience in labor rights advocacy, policy reform, campaigning and/or grassroots organizing and movement building is required;
• Proven training and facilitation skills in advocacy and community organizing required, curriculum development experience is preferred;
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude is required;
• Fluency in written and spoken Farsi/Dari is required. Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.
