Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization promoting good governance and vibrant civil society, is accepting applications for a Program Coordinator (PC). The PC is a member of the Education, Leadership, and Exchange (ELE) team and is responsible for providing programmatic oversight, guidance, and backstopping support for partnership projects funded by programs within ELE department. Reporting to the Director of ELE or his designee, the PC is also directly contributing to the impact capturing, report editing, and proposal writing tasks, as well as will support issuing documentation for visas for international students and short-term scholars.


  • Support the implementation of an assigned portfolio of projects
  • Support project initiation and closeout processes
  • Track project progress to ensure the achievement of stated objectives
  • Maintain frequent contact with project participants
  • Support administration of a grant management software
  • Assist with data collection and analysis for programs within the ELE portfolio
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports
  • Assist with the preparation of travel documents for international students and scholars
  • Assist with new business development efforts, including background research, proposal writing, and editing


  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, social work, area studies, management, or another relevant field required
  • At least three years of work experience is required; work experience on international development projects is highly desirable
  • Excellent writing and editing skills are required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required
  • Experience in producing analytical reports and proposals to US Government (USAID, DOS) is a plus
  • Experience in educational projects or exchange projects is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
