Eurasia Foundation (EF) is accepting applications for a Program Intern (PI) for US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange (SEE) program. SEE is a multi-year program that enhances and intensifies peer-to-peer relationships between leading US and Russian civil society groups that share common objectives by jointly addressing major societal challenges. Under the supervision of the Program Officer, SEE PI will perform the following duties: support the implementation of an assigned portfolio of projects, including project initiation and closeout; contribute to monitoring and evaluation of the individual project as well as the overall program performance; assist with arranging meetings, training sessions, and online events; draft written materials for various program components, including orientation packages for participants, assist with the creation of digital content for the program’s website and social media platforms; perform other duties as assigned.


•Support the implementation of an assigned portfolio of projects
•Support project initiation and closeout processes
•Assist with monitoring and evaluation of individual projects and key program components, including designing surveys and drafting interview questions
•Assist with drafting a variety of technical documents and assist with collecting and analyzing relevant data
•Assist with arranging virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, trainings, and international exchanges
•Draft content for program events, including orientation packages for participants and write-ups for social media updates
•Support selection process of exchange participants and facilitate their participation in exchange activities
•Research information using a variety of sources and provide recommendations to senior staff
•Assist in coordination of activities related to different program components, including maintaining frequent contact with project participants


•Bachelor's degree/Major in international development/international relations/public policy/ or related field required
•Authorized to work in the US
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines while quickly producing high-quality work is essential
•Strong research, analytical, written and verbal communication skills are required
•Advanced MS Office experience required
•Fluency in Russian language, especially in written and spoken communication preferred
