Risk Management Course Curriculum Developer, Online Training Program

Eurasia Foundation (EF) is accepting applications for an expert on risk management strategies for civil society leaders to design an original curriculum for a two-week interactive online course on topics such as best practices in digital hygiene, using encryption and dual factor authentication, minimizing digital threats for online initiatives, identifying and responding to cyber threats, among others. The curriculum should also address best practices for in-person safety during implementation of advocacy initiatives. 


  • Create weekly topics and subtopics and learning goals for the course curriculum in coordination with Program staff.
  • Design content and course structure with the aim of creating an engaging online learning environment for remote participants in coordination with Program staff.
  • Design practical assignments and forum discussion questions in line with the course’s desired learning outcomes.
  • The designed curricula should assist community leaders to identify and assess risks associated with their projects.
  • The course content should familiarize community leaders with best practices of digital hygiene strategies and help them to integrate these strategies into their projects.
  • Work with program staff to modify the content if necessary.
  • Design pre and post course exams for evaluation purposes.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in training or managing the security of information systems security and development of cyber policy for organizations and projects.
  • Ability to develop cybersecurity manuals.
  • Fluency in Farsi / Dari is preferred.
