Adam Stubits is Vice President of Operations at Eurasia Foundation. Leveraging over 20 years of non-profit and government leadership experience, he is responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of Eurasia Foundation, including finance, IT, human resources, and administration.

Prior to joining Eurasia Foundation, Adam was Director of Operations for the Atlantic Council, the University of Virginia, and the Wilson Center. Early in his career, he spent a year in Peru, supporting the needs of rural communities through community service and development. He has published extensively on issues related to citizen security and civil society in Latin America. Adam received a BA in political science and an MPA from American University.
